Story-Art Installations and Engagement Programs

Humanize designs story-art installations and employee engagement programs that turn everyday moments into shared culture. Instead of another survey or team happy hour, we give teams something they can walk past every day and feel proud of.

The Story-Art Process

We meet with your team members first, gathering the real moments, quirks, and stories that make your culture what it is.

1. Listen

We transform those stories into a story-art installation, designed specifically for your workplace and your people.

2. Create

We bring the installation into your in-person and digital workplace, where it becomes a lasting reminder of your people and culture.

3. Install

Meet Our Founder

Sophie incorporated Humanize after working in the tech industry, where she saw how easily connection disappeared at work, cohorts split up, calls turn transactional, and people quietly burnt out. Those experiences became the spark for Humanize: story-based installations that help teams see, hear, and truly know each other.

Her reasoning for all of it comes down to one thing: "We need to protect the human experience. AI and technology are useful tools, but they aren’t replacements for genuine human connection."

Today, Sophie leads a team of artists, storytellers, and program managers who believe the same thing she does, that people deserve and thrive when they know who they're working alongside.

What Our Program Participants Say

The program helped me feel deeply connected to the Zeta community and it made me feel special. I felt genuinely heard and understood by my colleagues through “Humanize Voices”. Feeling valued and supported encouraged me to contribute more openly in team discussions as well.

Being vulnerable in this way was a significant step outside my comfort zone. Fear of judgment had always held me back. By participating in “Humanize Voices”, I confronted that fear and discovered a strength I didn’t know I possessed.
